I got my GT door pulls in the mail the other day, and went to fit them on the car tonight. I figured that they would line up with two of the snap/capture nuts, but I was wrong.

Where do these get placed on the door?
How is the best way to secure them? Sheet metal screw (yuck!)? Unless there is something that I did not see, I can't see how you would bolt them in. HELP!
