Does anybody know if there's a way to find out the date a specific VIN car rolled off the production line? My baby should be approaching her 40th B-day soon, I would think.

I very much doubt it. The best I can do most of the time is to guess the month. Even a CoA is unlikely to have it; and no, they did not build all the cars on the first of each month.
