You'll have to run coil overs but besides that will it just bolt in?

No.
The brackets from the front of the lateral links to the crossbar interfere with the corners of the trunk floor - substantially.

Is this the same as the ERP 935 front end kit? Sure looks the same.

Not identical.
The double shear mount for the lateral link is not used in the ERP kit AFAIK.
The 935 front end sold by TRG (either ERP or close replica) on my car has a plated steel tube crossbar instead of aluminum as shown.
