Full Version: Muffler Bracket
Will a stock 75-76 muffler bracket work for a six conversion? Or do I need to find a 73-74 2.0 bracket? Thanks.
No and yes.
The 75-76 exhaust uses a wider mount for the catalytic converter.
From what I've read, the 73-74 2.0/4 mount is the same as the /6.

73 74 2.0 muffler bracket is what you need. You can get a new one from Engman Parts - http://engmanparts.com/
