Well, Brad from 914LTD picked up the car today. It will be back in ~ 2 weeks with fresh euro 2.0L and cam by Jake (waiting on cam bearings from Jake)

Also getting fuel lines done and trans rebuild at the same time. Should be big lift over 36 year old 1.8L

I love my euro 2.0 in My 70.

You've got a good guy doing it for you. Brad built a tranny for me in the mid 90's that withstood a very hot 2.0 4 cyl, then a 2.5 Twin-Plug Six motor that put out 220hp. Never a problem.
