Thought I'd share my door panel rebuild.

Everything was bought at Home Depot for under $20.00. I bought two 1/4 sheets of 1/8" hardboard, one stick of "H" molding (plastic seam molding), and a tube of adhiesive. I used a gasket punch to make the holes for the door panel clips, a hole saw for the window crank, and a jig saw for the rest. Just thought I'd share.

You need to take a pic of the panel you completed. Looks perfect.

Looks great. Now this technique could also be used to build a center console.

Nice job

Good thing your top piece was still in good shape.
