Does anyone know the procedure for replacing a /4 dipstick tube?

Is it broke or missing?

I used 2 part epoxy to hold it to the case.

Hi
From what I remember when I replaced mine... oh... about 18 years ago the original was press fit deep into the case, my case was split so I knocked it out from the inside out....

Just bent........badly!

Getting them out cleanly is a big ol' PITA. I would forget about trying to remove a good one and swap it over. Just use brake line that's the right size, or get some tube from McMaster and flare the end.
