Full Version: How do we earn another stripe here?
OK, I join up and hold newbie status for 90 days and then get a field commision of Corporal. That was a year and 300 posts ago. I even got my 914 running (most of the time). How many posts or month's does it take to get another box/stripe?

You're about 3/5 of the way there. 
But you can replace the 'Member' designation under your avatar by going to the My Controls section, clicking on Profile Information and filling in the Custom Member Title section.

The problem is you have failed to bring donuts for everybody.
As the FNG (effin new guy) it is your role to bring donuts to the higher ranks.

I think those boxes should be replaced with little jackstands. 
Posting some useless polls helps too.
