This is a new pair of rubber bump stops for Koni strut cartidges and a new adjusting knob. Bought them from Paragon a few years ago but went with other strut cartidges.

Couldn't tell you for sure but this is the description from Paragon Products where I got these from.

Koni cellular polyurethane bump rubbers are specially designed to protect your suspension from bottoming. Like a progressive spring, the bump rubber resistance increases the more it is compressed. This not only provides safe and controlled bottoming of the suspension, but it also prevents internal damage to the shock from metal to metal contact. An inexpensive performance increase for your Porsche. Fits most vehicles front and rear.
