Local hardware store will have Phillips head screws of the correct length. They probably will be flat head rather than oval head though (I found 6mm flat head Phillips at Home Depot).

Still available at Porsche dealerships.

And you CAN get oval heads from the hardware store. I found 6x16mm oval head Phillips at Lowes yesterday.
