I am looking for a good starter I like working on cars probably as much as driving so repairs or needing some work is OK probably looking for good (low rust) non cancerous model. I do not need a pristine model nor does it need to be 100% stock. I like fun factor. That being said does anyone know this car in Michigan?

I am in cleveland so I can go look at it and will be calling the owner just wanted to know if anyone knew anything or has looked at the car.
or another 914 in this price range somewhere near Cleveland OH 150-200 miles.
