Well, I got a 1970 Rust-Free Tub today from watsonrx914 in a trade. This previously belonged to Joe Ricard, so it has a nice pedigree. Best of all I got a Title smilie_pokal.gif - I can't tell you how many times I have had to Fuch with Titles ( or lack there of, before). Thanks Paul ( URY914) for the trailer ride home - I know you just wanted to get warmed up for NJ.

Any way I have no particular plans for this car. One thing I know is that everything will be dedicated to David Panaccione, A Friend, A Racer, A Guy that touched every Porsche ( & some VWs) that I have owned. He died the other day & the Porsche community is down One Great Guy.

This is only a Tub, but I have been around this Block a few times and probably have enough parts to do 80 % of the car.

Front to Back - in my stash to add

Front Bumper - Steel or F/G
Front Valance
Turn Signal Buckets & Lenses
Foglights
Outboard Running Lights
Koni 911 Strut Housings w/ 3 1/2 spacing
Gas Tank
Dash Top
Dash w/ Gauges
Door Panels
Rear Glass
Relay Panel
Engine
Tranny
10 sets of springs
Rear Light Assemblies & Lenses
Rear Bumper Pad

What should I do - make a track car, a street car, let it Rust away = I'll let you know the plan when it comes to me.

T.C.

Looks surprisingly solid for a '70......nice basis for a Rallye car.

Got a VIN?

I hearby nominate you to appear on Barry Meguiar's "CAR CRAZY" show! Telling your 914 story to the world on TV would be a hoot! Very sorry to hear about your friend David TC. Did he own that shop that you took me too when you had the silver -6 about two years ago??

flat 8
Seriously. You have it, right? So where are you going to use it?
Am I the only one who thinks the 914 begs for it and that it should be done?
