Is it NOS & never opened? .... or is it used & the case never opened?

Don`t have a pressure gauge, used my tongue and 
it held real good. I used it one whole summer and it worked great. The only reason for selling is that I am switching to a 74 D jet system.that has been tweaked for the cam I put in.
