The Sacramento Valley Region PCA and Trackmasters Racing Present a day at Infinion. The autocross will be held in the Paddock area and as usual will be a very large and challenging course on some of the nicest asphalt we get to see all year. Afternoon only registration is available and SVR often offers track ride-alongs with instructors at $40 per session which gets donated to charity. I don't know that this will happen this time but I thought I should throw that out there.

See the SVR-PCA site for more details.

Chris,
I think only GGR is using pre-registration. You just cough up $35 on site and fill out a card.

What I'm saying is that according to the flyer morning registration is still open...

But it sounds like... someone told you that morning session is going to be cancelled and the paddock is going to be used for a different purpose?

Nah... We're good. I see your point though. I will ask Bob to clarify that...

I talked to Bob, he said it's all day ...

Oh I knew that... I just thought he put it poorly.

PCA Autocrosses require us to have afternoon registration for those that have to travel long distances and cannot make a 9:00 AM start time. So that is why that line is in the ad (and every SVR AX ad for the past 20 years) .... sorry you didn't like the way it was said mad.gif

There is no planned "Charity Rides" That is only done at the Annual TMR Charity event. This year that will be Saturday Nov 20, 2010.

This is a "normal PCA Autocross", the ad can be found at www.derporsche.net but Justin has all the info correct, $35 per driver, registration opens at 8 AM.
Hope to see a bunch of 914's there to show some 911's how it's done.

I now have no car. My insurance insists that I not drive it after the accident at WCR so I put it on the trailer today to go down to the body shop Friday. I will still come down to Infinion on my motorcycle to help out though...

Fun day! beerchug.gif
Steve N's 914 was barely beaten by GGR's Monty Pack in his GT3. Lots of smoooooth driving on a very nice course. I can't wait to go back there. Fun walking through the track paddock and oogling all the italian metal. Those 430s Ss are nice.
I look forward to seeing if my 51.0x run puts me in the top half of the pack.
