idle is rougher as temp increases
is c.o. rich on BOTH idle and high speed?
rich cond. on high speed tend to help cool. how is the timing? advance drives up the temp.'s.
put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if the fuel pressure is and if it holds for a good length of time
could be one leaking injector (causing high c.o. readings) and your attemping to lean out the other three to cover it. (lean/rough running overall)
you most likely can you smell the h.c.'s from the rough run (misfire)?
