Full Version: removing main shaft seal transmission? Help/Advice?
Any tricks or advice for removing the main shaft seal on tranny? I am right there but it will not budge??
nevermind, got it done, seal puller..bitch to get the puller into posttion, very tight..
Yep, and make sure you have a piece on PVC pipe or something to get the new one in.
Cheap seal puller. I ground mine down to make it thinner, then rounded edges so it would not gouge anything.
i was going to tell you joe,,,modified seal puller with rounded edges... hey, i will have to come out tomorrow. will call u 2night...thanks
