Yup, I've seen those before. I read an article in Mens Health (IIRC) about cool toys and they had about a dozen of these listed. Price ranged from a few hundred to a few thousand. Many were complete with screens, and game systems.

speaking of steering wheels. Logitech has a new 900 degree steering wheel and pedal set for GT4, which is coming out in the summer for PS2.
