They already have my business. They also now have my loyalty (as long as they continue to make a competitive tire). I wish more business would stand behind their product like this.
Bummer; I was planning on giving them a try with my next set. Hopfully the redesign will be worth waiting for. Good PR move though.

After my sidewall split incident with a Victoracer V700 a few years ago, I was already leery of Kumhos despite the awesome bang-for-buck factor.
Now...I think I'll just splurge for Hoosiers until they get this stuff sorted out.
