This is a nice pair of clean SSI 1.8-1.7 style heat exchangers. These have the mild steel flanges. No cracked welds. Only flaw is to one flange where a bolt was cut off with an angle grinder cut into the flange slightly. At most it would need a little wed to fill in the cut so the bolt or nut would have a flat surface.
