I think he recently restored it. Should have restored the model in the photo while he was at it.

george restores Mercury Couger's? who would have thunk that? bet he cant get the fit and finish back to original however hard he tries. he needs to stick to 914's

Look at the white ropes in the 2nd picture that have a yellow tint, just like the car. The color is off in the original photograph ...

Hmm really? It looks pretty yellow to me.. haha at least compared to the white rowboat.. But you know more about it than me so ur prolly right.
