Over on the Pelican 911 board, Sammy posted a note about the effort to raise some funds for Dave's wheelchair. If you check that original thread, you'll see that there has been a great response.
However, I just read another thread on the board. It looks like the spirit of giving has caught on and they are even using Dave's cause as a means to amicably settle their differences. Check it out:
