Although my front rubber lines looked ok, I wanted new ones to be sure. Found the body clip side of the line covered in undercoating. These were the originals to the car, since there was no way to get a wrench on without removing the undercoating. So if your not sure, look there. It was a giveaway to the age of the lines. Rears are next.

When in doubt change them out. Not all that expensive. Most new rubber lines are $10-13 each. Original undercoat would suggest they are OLD.

Don't trust appearances! I've seen rubber brake lines that looked pretty serviceable on the outside and had deteriorated to the point they were clogged and acted like a one way check valve.
