My targa top is so rough it has ripped a hole clear through my car cover. How should I go about refinishing it? Just sand it down, primer and paint it or what?

Thanks, Robert

I sanded mine down completely. I then used some roll on paint from FLAPS that was intended for a truck bed. The roller supplied added the dotted texture, very similar to factory original. I then sprayed it a non-gloss black that was very similar to the original color. It has held up good for over two years now. JoeO

sand smooth, coat with the wurth stone guard, and finish off with the wurth satin trim paint.
