I can't seem to find a set of bumpers within my budget, so I may be working with what I have and refinishing. That said, I still need 2 tops, and can't swing the cash for new ones. I need a front and rear that look good, but they don't have to be perfect. Scratches and small imperfections don't bother me, but rusted-out cores and large gouges do.
