confused24.gif What will it be set on? Are the carbs still on the car?

I lower the engine onto a furniture dolly and lift the rear about 2 - 3 ft. All slides out fine. beerchug.gif

I have done mine many ways.

The first time I used a motorcycle jack and had to put the car about 3 1/2 feet up the next time I used a dolly and jack so it only took about 2 3/4 - 3 Feet.

Now I have a dolly that is cut out in the middle so I can put the jack on the bottom of the engine and lower it onto the dolly both in and out.

If you take the intakes off you won't have to lift it as high.

I was thinking w/o the carbs on, should save a lot of height. Back yard buddies makes a device that hold the car at about 26 inches off the ground.

Thanks Gene
