Sure looks like the U.S. version. I'm not sure if mine says Lila.

Huh.. my US version doesn't say LILA, the stripe on the side is gray, and it says 'Heritage Classics' over 'Porsche 914'. The physical car looks the same.

Wolfgang...any idea where these are for sale in Canada?

I'm going to wallymart (and bi-way) right now back in about two hours, I'll report back tonight.

I found 2 of these at my local supermarket. 2 different shades of green. They were a whopping 1.29 each. They don't say "Lila" on them but they do say Porsche 914, and 16/100. Maybe these are not what Wolfgang is looking for!!!

Sorry, too funny ... "Lila" is the German word for purple.

I think Gustl was trying to point out the color of the stripe and not some additional lettering.

I think he is saying Lila is the color, the US version is grey and says Heritage classic on them, the cars are the same, just the package is slightly different. I bought my Canadian cars in Vancouver, BC when I was there in February at the Surrey Walmart, they were very cheap like 1.50 or so...I hope you can get them Gustl

Hope it's something that's cool for your collection. US Postal talked me into shipping this in a big padded envelope to save almost half on shipping. If it doesn't make it I will ship another in a box, my cost.

You may already be aware of these vendors, but if not you can find various 914 models on these two sites. Do a search for Porsche 914 and you should find several models.

These are resin and metal collector kits so if you are not familiar with these you may be surprised with the price. But as we know, 914's are not really cheap!
