2.4L E Long Block.
Short block is built, rest of long block just needs assembled.


The Good:
2.4L 3R case, line bored. Case halves machined. Under piston oil squirters installed. Oil bypass passage way mod.
New oil pump.
Obviously new seals, washers, gaskets, etc.
New bearings.
Rods refurbished & balanced, New bearings.
Crank balanced & polished.
Mahle P&C’s polished.
New oil return tubes.
Powder coated cylinder air deflection plates.
New Iwis racing timing chain, new chain guides.
Mechanical chain tensioners with guards.
Valve covers.


The Bad:
Heads need a rebuild as too much slop in exhaust valves. Recommend new valve guides & new exhaust valves. Inlet valves are fine.


Doesn’t include:
Oil cooler. Carbs, Alternator or Alternator shroud.
