Saw three 914's this am:

1. Gary Donahoe 73 and -6 conversion. Originally built by Dan Root. One of the best looking conversions in So Cal

2. Grant Moore's 70 from Carlsbad, Pristine car

3. Red 6 lwith FS sign; $65K....

I was there too, but arrived at 7:30 and parked in the small lot to the left on the way in. The orange 2.2 six is really nice.

Not Dan's, unless he had a second 914. I talked with the seller, a broker, and he never mentioned the owners name? Lou W would know for sure.

They do look alike, your'e probably right. I thought Dan's car was sold to someone who planned on racing in, possibly in Canada ?
