so how much to soda blast and powder coat front struts and hats?

Soda only removes paint and soft stuff not rust. Glass beads make a softer texture than sugar sand but will remove rust, the smoother the blasted media the longer it takes to get rust off. A good epoxy paint will work but probably cost as much as the powder coat after the part is made ready for a coating. But I think the chips or later mods are easier to redo with a painted coating.
