Nope .... metric .....
Can't remember if it is M10 or M12. Pitch is like 1.25 or 1.5 ... don't remember that either. They are also shoulder bolts.
I'm useless ...................

Dan, It is M10 x 1.25 Total length is 36mm and the threaded shaft is 23.5mm

thanks guys, what about the inside (tunnel side) total length...it is at least 8 mm shorter overall?

It's not 10mm.
M12 x 1.25
maybe but I have always used 7/16-20 grade 8 which is a helluva lot easier to find.

The seat belt bolts are the only non metric bolts on these cars. Yest 7\16-20 is the right thing.
If you search the net you'll find out that it is an imposed standard (DOT) on all car manufacturers for cars sold to the US. The bolt head does not have to be std.

7/16 fine is the same as 11mm, and either will work. Shoulder versions vary with application, and there are some without any shoulder at all.
