What year car did this relay board come out of? It looks like an early model because of the hold down hole in the top of the cover?
the cover is early. the later model covers have and angle on them to clear the retractable seat belt
The Cover looks good. I paid $62 for a brand new Cover from
the Factory. Good deal two parts for the price of one

Is it just me, or is all the protective insulating material missing from the bottom of the board?

Yes, you're correct, I remove the black tar material in the botton to inspect the condicion of the conductive metal strip for any sign of short.
