I've searched but haven't seen anything on here that covers this topic:

Has anyone tried to use the 928 headlight, emergency and fog light dash switches?

Taking into account the dash holes will probably need to be enlarged it would seem to me to be a viable option to replace the older switches with something a little more modern.

Any thoughts on this?

Putting anything from a 928 into your car is just tempting the evil spirits that reside inside the 928's electrical system to jump over into your 914.

Why would you do that ? do you hate your 914 ? ...

The only decent thing from a 928 to put in a 914 MIGHT be the engine.....Some have used the 924 wiper switch to gain a 12vt washer motor....
