Fuses are good and the wipers still work. Any suggestions?
Definitely grounding. Go through and clean up contact points for any brown wires in your lightning wiring harness.
If just the rears I agree, since you have already checked the bulbs. I would check the ground loom behind the relay board in the engine compartment.
