What are all you guys running? I have ancient K&Ns with chrome tin tops and bottoms. They are kinda fiddly and cheap feeling. Have been looking at the cast aluminum from CB performance. What element would ya'll recommend. I see that the KNs are not highly thought of.

For what they are K&N's are the best as long as you keep them oiled, I bet the the CB's are cheap Chinese copies like the EMPI filters. The cast AL tops are really not that much better, just guys get them because they look cool.

The K&N's haters are down on are the stock replacement filters, if it's stock stick with stock, the K&N are a waste of money in this case.
