Full Version: Oil cooler seals

I'm gonna give it a shot replacing them. I think it's the only thing that is causing a leak.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, after that its a valve adjustment, then an oil change, and a tune up. Sheesh, should be an all day affair....

Easy as hell. you're pulling the valve covers off anyway so this is only going to take another 20 min's. Remember that they are soft, Having said that, if you give them a twist (either direction) they will remove quite easily. I used 100% Silicone grease to reinstall but some experts do it dry as the factory did. (I'm told)
