I'm out. I bought three cars this year already. I have no more space to store cars or even work on them unless someone buys my 66 Beetle. Ask Chappy. 
Looks like a good deal though. I happen to know most of the shop owners that would be qualified to work on the engine. If anyone is interested I may be able to do a PPI for you including speaking with the shop about the so called hickup..
