I have just leased a 1400 square foot warehouse. Think about 9 cars of garage space... I only need about 1/4 of this area but as warehouse space gets smaller, the square footage price goes up. I am looking to share this space with other car guys.
$75/ single car space $150/ two car space. The warehouse is in the Gold River area of Sacramento. (We can work on our own cars but no operating an automotive business).

Ok, this is cool. A re-read of the contract reveals that we can work on our own cars but not operate an automotive business. I have a sissors lift that I can bring down there... Hmmm.
