The whole column with out the steering wheel
I have the whole column ready to bolt on. No key for the lock though.$35 plus shipping

Here's one. I believe it's from an early 914. P/N stamped is 914 613 306 13. I think there is a new P/N for this that ends in -17.
$20 plus shipping from 07869.
