First Question is WHY !!! if you don't want F.I. then go to a set of dual

Webers 40's or 44's. You should change the cam, I know it seems a lot more to

keep the F.I. but driveability and performance is the best. Food for thought..

Plenty of reasons not to use a single carb (do a search). However I have a weber progressive I would sell for $50 plus shipping. I was running this on a 2.0 but removed for weber 40s. Comes with a second carb (poor shape), a rebuild kit, and new runner seals. Can get you pictures if you would like.
