I have a short somewhere, figuring that might be why the car wont start I pull all the fuses. I have the fuel pump hooked up to the coil. I turn the ignition on and I don't hear the pump. I try putting in one fuse at a time and then ikt works ( I believe fuse 7). Does this sound right? I figured the ignition wire to the coil went from bat. to ing sw to coil with no fuse?

The fuse and relay for the fuel pump is on the relay board in the engine compartment. Hooking the pump up to the coil is a no-no.
