Very interested. How do I know what size they are?

They measured out 14 5/8 inches inside across the base of the seat where the lower seat belts would go through and 12 3/4 inches inside across the narrowest area about 12 inches up the back. I'm 5' 11", 200 lbs, and I've sat in them when they were in my buddies 914 and I was comfortable, snug and had no problem getting in or out even with the full cage. I hope that helps.

Do they come with rails and do they fit in the 914 back pad?

No they don't come with rails, should bolt up to stock rails, not sure about the backpad.
