I have been keeping a close eye on this car as I absolutely love the look and the work done but when it comes to a platform like this I have absolutely no idea as to the value. Does anyone on here know the car or have any experience with what similar ones go for? Thanks for any advice you guys can give! smile.gif

That was a members car. I believe he sold it. I think I have the right build thread below.

I realize his ad says "make offer", but 15k is way fair. Try to build that car for 15k. Talk to him and find out how much leeway his has in that price.

The conversion alone is pretty expensive. Not a bad looking car, but I would personally break up some of that yellow - probably with some black trim.

That car is worth every penny. But in todays market, 13k at a minimum. And he would have to be hurting for money pretty bad to sell it for that. In a good market that car should be worth 20k. Its hard to find CLEAN conversions with the proper mods.
Most of them look like... my car... dry.gif

Problem is there are a lot of v8 cars being sold, and not a lot of buyers.

decide what teh cars needs to finish it, then estimate what that will cost, then subtrack that amount from what you rwilling to pay for the total finsihed car.

the market has to decide here. I know some one that bought a V8 car, all finished, very nice for $14K so that might be what the car is worth to you finished, subtrack some money for the paint work needed and that might be close.
