I have a `70 1.7L D-jet with stock 3-port pump. The pump runs strong but the seals are shot, specifically the rubber on the spring regulated needle valve.
Would like to keep the pump but just need new seals. Does anyone sell a kit or repair parts for these?

Fuel injection corp in Ca rebuilds them. Maybe they can sell you seals.

these pumps if allowed to dry out after gasoline expose can have the seals shrink and hence leak. It might be more of a probelm with todays gasoline. You might inquire if the new rubber you get is "modern fuel proof" to insure a long life of the pump.

That would be a good find if they will sell the parts.

I sent an email to FI Corp. No response yet.
I have found a few places that make "grommet bumpers". If I can find a place that has a mold the same size as the fuel pump poppet end I'll try to get a quote for a bunch of them made of the correct material.
Found some Viton o-rings the right size. Easy find at the hardware store.
I'll post back when I find the right poppet (check valve) end.
