I am trying to find a Subaru EJ25 naturally aspirated engine for my conversion.

What I am looking for:
Complete 2.5 Liter NA JDM or USDM
Wiring Harness
ECU
Sensors
Intake
Alternator
Pulleys ETC

What I want to stay away from:
AVCS to a certain extent unless I can control it
DBW
High mileage

I am looking to spend no more than $1200 or so on a perfectly running engine.
