On the Bosch Starter there are 2 spade/terminals one is for energizing the soleniod, and what is the other for? (noted in picture) Is it an extra ground in additon to the case?

Full Version: Starter Solenoid Wiring Desighn Question
One is the trigger the starter solenoid and the other a power source for dealer installed air conditioning. Not necessarily but I have seen every one of the dpd units using this spade for the power source.
On the Bosch Starter there are 2 tabs one is for energizing the soleniod, and what is the other for? (noted in picture) Is it an extra ground in additon to the case?

I just removed an AC from my car and it was hooked to that spade!
So from the description , this spade is hot ( 12+ v ) all the time and not switched ??
