You might look into the SS ones that are made in Vietnam. They are about the same price as rechromed ones now.

I have a rear chrome w/o tits, about a 7 out of 10 quality.

SS stands for Stainless Steel. I do not have the info at hand. Do a search on bumpers and see what comes up.

Here is rear bumper available.
Currently I'd say a 7 out of 10. Shines up nicely.
Small dent can be banged out with damaging chrome finish.
