If they're bigger they gotta be better, right? Guess what? All the 3L CSI engines had the same 180 HP and 175 lbft torque ratings at the same rpms. Except for the 1981-3 ROW, at 204 HP despite its lowly, inferior small ports. Source: Porsche 911 Performance Handbook
