I believe it is time to rebuild my dizzy. It is eating up points. I will probaly end up installing a pertronixs or compufire (opinions welcome), but I still want to address the problem with the dizzy prior to any other changes. I haven't pulled it from the car yet so I don't have numbers, but hear is what I have; '73 2.0l GA.
I also have a '76 2.0l GC. My thoughts were to rebuild the dizzy out of my "spare" motor (the GC) and just swap them out. Then it occurred to me that there may be differences in the advance curves.
I also did a search for any rebuild threads, found none.
So, are there any differences between the GA and the GC dizzys?
