Does anybody know of a US supplier for these female blade connectors with latch? Also, which sizes would I need to rebuild my dual relay connector ('75 1.8L)?

Look around on theSamba.com. Some one is selling them there. Cheap or as my wife says: cost effective.

I bet mouser electronics has them and maybe McMaster Carr

You want the FLB66. Essentially a 1/4" female spade lug connector for 9 to 13 AWG. Be nice to have some FLB6, as well. The big thing is to have connectors appropriate for your wire sizes. There's an AWG to metric wire size chart here:

You'll also need the appropriate set of crimpers.

The good ratchet crimpers with the correct jaws (insulated or not) make a huge difference.

check "Eagle Day," "WayTek Wire,":

M/F connectors with housings:
http://www.eagleday.com/blco.html

blade terminals w/o housings:
http://www.eagleday.com/bladeterminals.html (I get the male terminals here, females at waytek wire--see below)

You have to be a little careful here as some of Eagle Day's parts have the latches while others don't . . . .

F terminals at waytek wire at
http://order.waytekwire.com/productdetail2...AY%20CONNECTOR/ (search part number 31073 for female teminal--but I've been unable to find the male terminal here, sometimes get the males (PN 3-1901)
at eagle day even though they are a little narrow (5mm vs .25 inch/6.3mm).

PN for female terminal at Susquahana/www.rallylights.com is HL87272 (Hella part).

Depending on how badly you need them, your local Volvo dealer may also have a good assortment in "bench stock." I'll try to post a pic with Volvo PNs later today--they tend to be a little more expensive though, up to about $1 each . . . .

Sorry for the delay--here's the pic of the Volvo pieces and part numbers. It also shows nominal wire size for the piece in question (e.g., 1.0-2.5 mm-sq), gives you an idea, but may still want to convert to AWG.
