John, judging by his other items he's not so high on, I think he just missed a decimal point in there, or else smoking some REALLY harsh stuff! 
BTW - I was going to see if you wanted to go see USC v. UCI Rugby this evening at UCI since it changed from Sat., but I have NO desire to stand & watch in the rain anymore - although playing in it can be fun!
We'll do Back Bay RFC on the beach on a sunny warm day, that brings out the bikinis instead!
